1. Tekia services

Tekia provides property marketing technology, website creation, media presentation, buyer inquiry tools, AI-assisted property information and seller analytics. Tekia is not a real-estate brokerage, law firm, inspection company, appraisal service, title company or lender.

2. Seller responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of all property information, photographs, videos, claims, disclosures and instructions they provide. Sellers must have the right to provide and publish all submitted media.

3. Ownership and license

Sellers retain ownership of their submitted property information and media. Sellers grant Tekia a limited license to host, process, reproduce, format and display those materials for the purpose of delivering and promoting the contracted property experience.

4. Buyer information

Property information should be independently verified by buyers and their chosen professionals. Tekia does not guarantee the accuracy of seller-provided information or the suitability, condition, value or availability of any property.

5. AI concierge

AI-generated responses are informational and may be incomplete or incorrect. The concierge is instructed to rely on seller-approved property information, but buyers and sellers must verify material facts.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Setup fees are charged for work performed in preparing and launching the property experience. Continuing hosting or platform service may be billed monthly. Future recurring charges may be cancelled before the next billing period.

7. No sale guarantee

Tekia does not guarantee traffic, leads, showings, offers, financing, closing or sale of a property.

8. Acceptable use

Customers may not use Tekia to publish unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, infringing or materially false information.

9. Service availability

Tekia may modify, suspend or discontinue features when required for maintenance, security, legal compliance or platform development.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tekia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service or a property transaction.
