Tekia may collect seller contact details, property information, submitted media, buyer inquiries, showing requests, messages, website activity, referral sources and payment-related identifiers.

How information is used

Information is used to build and operate property experiences, respond to inquiries, deliver seller notifications, process payments, maintain security, improve services and understand website engagement.

Buyer inquiries

Information submitted through a property inquiry or showing form may be shared with the seller or authorized representative of that property.

Service providers

Tekia may use infrastructure, database, payment, email, analytics and AI service providers to operate the platform. Those providers process information according to their own contractual and privacy obligations.

Payment information

Payment card details are processed by Tekia's payment provider and are not intended to be stored directly by Tekia.

Data retention

Tekia retains information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, protect the platform and satisfy legal obligations.

Security

Tekia uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
